For plastic pipe production equipment, due to the operator's lack of experience in the process and mechanical operation and other reasons, the plastic pipe often appears surface roughness, inner ring shaking, uneven wall thickness, lack of roundness and other problems. So it is necessary to adjust the process in time to eliminate the faults of plastic pipe production line in order to improve product quality.

1. The surface of plastic pipe is rough.

Adjust the process temperature; reduce the cooling water temperature, PE pipe appropriate cooling water temperature of 20 ~ 25 ℃; check whether the waterway is clogged or water pressure is insufficient; check whether the heating ring such as barrels, heads, etc. is damaged; adjust the sleeve inlet flow; check the performance of raw materials and batch number; check the temperature of the chip core. If it is higher than the core temperature, reduce the core temperature and clean the core aggregate;

2. Dents will appear on the surface of plastic pipe.

Adjust the shaping sleeve outlet pressure, balance the shaping sleeve outlet water; adjust the angle of the vacuum shaping sleeve nozzle to ensure uniform cooling of the pipeline; check the shaping sleeve, notcher and other hardware debris and burrs;

3. Dents appear on the surface.

Check whether the inner cylinder is full of water, if so, clamp the pipe billet just out of the mold tightly to seal the inner cylinder; reduce the temperature of the inner cylinder; clean and polish the mold
