Die type: bracket type or co-extrusion composite die, made of high quality die steel, with stainless steel or copper sizing sleeve.

Adopting manifold bracket type die head design can ensure the quality of PVC products. Its advantages:

1. Low die head pressure, shorter melt residence time

2. Very good flow characteristics of the overall flow channel

3. Ideal residence time and target temperature guidance for shear sensitive materials.

4. Wall thickness control
