6. Commissioning the mold: After completing the assembly of the mold, it is necessary to carry out commissioning work. Through the trial mold and other ways to test the working effect of the mold, and adjust and optimize.

7. Improve the surface treatment of the mold: the surface treatment of the mold is very important, which can affect the surface quality and service life of the product. Usually we will use polishing, chrome plating and other ways to deal with the surface of the mold.

8. Mold testing: After completing the mold debugging and surface treatment, a series of tests need to be carried out. Including product molding effect, dimensional accuracy, durability and other aspects of the test.

9. Delivery and use: after passing the test, the mold can be delivered and used. In the process of use, regular maintenance and repair are needed to extend the service life of the mold.
