Window sealing strips can be divided into three categories according to the different uses: door sleeve sealing strips, furring strips, and glass sealing strips (rubber strips). Door cover sealing strip is mainly used for sealing between door panel and door frame, while furring strip is mainly used for sealing between door frame and door leaf, and glass sealing strip is mainly used for sealing between glass and door leaf and frame.

Window seal installation precautions

3、When fixing the glass with sealant caulking, the glass should be squeezed with rubber strips or rubber blocks first, leaving a gap for injection, the depth of injection should be not less than 5mm, and the glass should be kept free from vibration before the glue is cured.

4, the installation part of the furring strip is generally in the window (door) fan, frame fan around the perimeter or sealing bridge (wind block), to enhance the seal between the frame and fan.
