First of all, the wood into the cooking pool, should be according to the species, wood specifications were carried out; water temperature to maintain room temperature, and slowly rise in temperature, so as not to cause cracking of wood due to thermal stress. Rise to 40 ℃ or more, should slow down the speed of heating; cooking excessive will also reduce the quality of thin wood; cooking pool should be often removed by resin, bark, sediment, and often change the water to reduce the contamination of the wood cube; cooking processed wood should be promptly put into the planing machine before the storage of wood warm water tank, insulation in the range of 40 ~ 50 ℃ (with the tree species and thin wood thickness).

3. Melamine edgebanding. With high-quality colored paper, printing on a variety of wood grain, flowers, leather, marble and other artistic patterns (or plain), and then impregnated with modified melamine resin cured paper edging strips.
